The Zen Mindset

The nature of anxiety is to ensure our safety, so when the outside world sends signals that there may be a potential for danger, the brain will go into "anxiety mode" to figure out where the danger is and then what to do in response to it.

This process can be valuable feedback... However, when anxiety is not managed effectively it can create false signals, making the person feel worried with racing thoughts and a feeling that "something's wrong".

This is where the magic of The Zen Mindset can play a crucial role in changing negative patterns of thoughts, behaviours and decisions.

My name is Donovan and I am a life coach.

The majority of my clients tend to exhibit varying degrees of anxiety-related symptoms, which has allowed me to work with, and research effective methods for managing anxiety.

I have found, for the most part, that simply educating the individual on what anxiety is and how to manage it effectively with proven techniques tends to have a great effect on decreasing the overwhelming and sometimes debilitating effects it can have on them.

Essentially people are looking for useful resources on how to get “unstuck”, which is what I am able to provide them with. When correctly adhered to, such resources can prove to be invaluable.
